Art. 1 - CONSTITUTIONS

The I.K.F. federation is established (International Karate Federation)

it assumes the figure of non-recognized and non-profit association.

THE PURPOSES OF I.K.F. I'M:

Promotion of Olympic and sports karate

Study and promotion of traditional karate

Collaboration with other similar organizations

the organization of Sports competitions may be at Regional level

National and International.

RECOGNIZES KARATE IN THREE SECTORS:

Olympic and sports sector

Traditional style sector

Karate contact sector

Art. 2 - MEMBERSHIP

Those who have promoted the birth of I.K.F. belong to permanent members.

(International karate federation), they are called to monitor the good performance of the same.

Art. 3 - OF THE MEMBERSHIP

They can join I.K.F. all the Clubs that request it, the registration cannot be longer than one year

that goes from 1st September to 31st December of the following year and can be renewable.

Membership is considered valid upon payment of the membership fee, the same must be

addressed to the General Secretariat.

Any request to organize sporting events by the clubs must be made directly by the president

and club manager at the I.K.F. which may be in paper form or via e-mail, the request must contain:

Place and date of the event - presumed share of athletes and participating clubs - categories and

classes of the athletes - type of events example: promotion competition or Regional camp -

national camp - EU camp - EU title - world title.

As for competitions with cash prizes, please consult the regulation of athletes in article 5 with

the prize money prize.

Art. 4 - TERMINATION OF ACCESSION

Clubs with athletes cease to adhere to I.K.F. for failure to renew membership or for non-contribution

of the membership fee or for disciplinary action.

Art. 5 - ELECTION OF COORDINATORS

Regional Coordinator

the Regional Coordinator is elected by the Clubs of the same Region as long as they comply with the

I.K.F. it is that it lasts in office in the four-year Olympic period.

Its forfeiture happens:

for resignations, disciplinary reasons or for behaviors that do not adhere to the sporting, behavioral

and discriminatory nature towards athletes, managers or other people even in a racist form

National Coordinator

the national coordinator is elected by the regional coordinators of the same country.

the National Coordinators can, in the regions without Coordinator, appoint a coordinator of his confidence.

the regional or national coordinator holds office for an Olympic four-year term.

the sporting, behavioral and discriminatory character towards athletes, managers or other people even

International Coordinator.

the International Coordinator is elected by the National Coordinators in the absence of this he is

appointed by the permanent head of I.K.F.

the figure of International Coordinator assumes the general image of I.K.F. the candidate must be

chosen from among those persons with organizational skills and possibly connoisseurs of karate in general.

the International Coordinator can appoint, where they are non-existent, national and regional Coordinators

as well as appoint technical and disciplinary commissions, the International Coordinator remains in office

for a four-year Olympic term.

the International Coordinator can remove, due to serious facts ascertained as mentioned below,

Regional and National Coordinators.

the International Coordinator can be discouraged and removed by at least 50% +1 of the National

Coordinators for lack of interest towards the I.K.F. or for criminal reasons, its forfeiture may also take place:

resignation, disciplinary reasons or for behaviors that do not adhere to the sporting, behavioral and

discriminatory nature of athletes, managers or other racist persons, any provision must be issued by the

secretariat general of the IKF and signed by his manager.

To be valid, all coordinators must be promptly notified by letter to the I.K.F. (International Karate Federation)

which will provide approval or non-approval, the latter with motivation.

Art. 6 - RESPONSIBILITIES

The I.K.F. International Karate Federation declines any civil and criminal liability for any inconvenience

that may occur in the Clubs or during sporting events organized by the clubs, therefore the Clubs are

directly responsible to their athletes members.

Any disciplinary proceedings against the athletes members, if required, are defined in the sports

justice composed within the I.K.F.

The I.K.F. warns and categorically prohibits the organization of sporting events under the I.K.F.

without having requested and obtained authorization for the organization. The use of the I.K.F.

subject to authorization.

Violators may be prosecuted for the purpose of trademark appropriation.

Art.7 - DEL SUPPORT

The I.K.F. finds its administrative resources through the membership fees of the clubs - voluntary quotas or

supporting members or other donations.

Art.8 - MODIFICATIONS

The STATUTE, may be modified at the request of the Regional-National or International managers

with at least 50% + 1 of those entitled to vote.
